Registration Without Lodging for Non-Academics


Our fees have been discounted for students, faculty and interns, but we have some affordable options for everyone else.  Extended registration is open through May 30th, but space is limited, so register now to ensure your place.  For more details on times and topics, check out our Schedule and Speaker pages. To sign up for conference sessions, review the choices below, and click on the blue icon to  reach the ticketing page for the Conference Without Lodging.  Then, click on the button that says "Register Now" and scroll down to find "Non-academic" tickets.  Hotel rooms are not included.  If lodging is needed, contact the Hawthorne Inn directly at 336-777-3000  (a discounted conference rate of $79 plus tax may still be available for the Ashford Institute Summer Conference, with check-in beginning on Friday, June 7th).  Breakfast will be provided for hotel guests.  Coffee and pastries will be available on Saturday and Sunday morning for all participants.  





Complete Weekend -  $70.00  Per Person


June 8-9.  Sat. 9 a.m. through Sunday 4:30 p.m.  Includes all conference sessions, plus lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and a catered dinner on Saturday evening.  (Ticket:  "Complete Weekend Non-Academic.")

Weekdays M-T-W - $120.00 Per Person


June 10-11-12.  9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Includes day and evening programs on all three days with lunch and dinner included.  (Ticket:  "Weekdays MTW Non-Academic.")


Saturday Session A - $25.00 per person


June 8,  9-3:30 p.m.  This includes morning and afternoon sessions on Saturday, with Martha Shuping, M.D. and Byron Calhoun, M.D.  A catered lunch is provided. (Ticket: "Saturday A Non-Academic Price.")  

Saturday Session B - $25.00 per person


June 8, 6-8:30 p.m.  This includes dinner with speaker Sheila Harper on Saturday.

Sunday with Luncheon and Speakers - $25 per person.


June 9,   8-4:30 p.m.  Attend all day or just for the afternoon.  An optional Sunday worship service starts at 8:00 a.m. with teaching that's relevant to conference topics.   Coffee and pastries are served at 9:30, and the  Speaker Program begins at 10 a.m.   A  catered lunch is provided at noon. Talks continue through the afternoon and conclude at 4:30.  Speakers include Rebekah Buell Hagan, Dr. Matthew Harrison and Q&A with Katherine Hearn, Annette Lancaster and Dr. Kathi Aultman.  (Ticket:  "Sunday Non-Academic Price.")


Monday Dinner with Speakers - $20 per person.


June 10, 6-8:30 p.m.  Dinner begins with at 6:00 and includes talks on  Human Trafficking by Dr. Laura Lederer & Cindy Collins.  (Ticket:  "Monday Non-Academic Pricing.")


Tuesday Dinner with Speakers - $20 per person

June 11, 6-8:30 p.m.  Dinner begins with at 6:00 and includes Jennifer Lahl's program on Ethical issues with reproductive technologies including egg donation, surrogacy and others.   (Ticket:  "Tuesday Non-Academic Pricing.")  


Wednesday Dinner with Speakers - $20 per person


June 12, 6-8:30 p.m.  Dinner begins with at 6:00 and includes a session by Dr. Martha Shuping on intimate partner violence during pregnancy.  ​
